Chana Masala
Ingredients:- Kabuli chana(chick peas) -1 cup
- butter - 3 tbsp

- ginger paste - 1 tbsp
- garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- onions - 1 cup finely chopped
- tomatoes - 1 cup finely chopped
- garam masala - 1 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- coriander - cumin powder - 2 tsp
- chilli powder - 1 tsp
- coriander leaves for garnish
- salt to taste
Preparation:- Soak kabuli chana for at least 8 to 10 hours.
- Take some butter in a cooker.Add the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and saute till onions turn transparent.Add the chopped tomatoes.Stir it for some time.
- Add turmeric, coriander-cumin powder,salt, garam masala, chilli powder and mix well.
- Add kabuli chana and add water such that all the ingredients are properly soaked.Pressure cook till the chana is cooked.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
