
Ingredients:
- Raw rice - 1/2 cup
- Boiled rice - 1/2 cup
- Toor dal - 1/2 cup
- Urad dal - 1/2 cup
- Channa dal - 1/2 cup
- Red chilli - 7
- Salt to taste
- Oil for sprinkle
- Asafoetida - pinch
- curry leaves - 10 chopped
- Coriander leaves - few choped
- Onion - finely chopped
- Wash and Soak rice and dals together for 2 hours.
- Now grind it in a wet grinder or mixer grinder with little amount of water.
- while grinding add red chillies.
- Grind till the batter turns into coarse and transfer to vessel.
- Add chopped onions and curry leaves. Now Adai batter is ready.
- Heat the pan ( Tawa ) for 2 minutes.
- Wipe the pan with few drops of oil and spread a ladle full of batter into dosa.
- Cook till the adai turns into light brownish color either side.
- Serve hot with aviyal or coconut chutney.
