Mushroom fried rice
Ingredients:- 2 cups Basmathi rice (cooked)
- 200g button mushrooms

- 1 finely chopped spring onions
- 1 carrot
- 10 beans
- 1/2 cup peas (cooked)
- 1 tsp green chilli sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1" cinnamon stick
- 1 cardamom
- 2 cloves
- 2 tbsp ghee/oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation:- Wash, peel and finely chop the carrot, beans and slice the mushrooms and keep aside.
- Dry roast the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and powder it.
- Heat a pan with oil/ghee and add the chopped vegetables and salt.
- Cover the pan and cook on low flame till the vegetables become tender.
- Now add cooked peas and mix well.
- Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, ground masala powder.
- Mix well and saute for few minutes.Finally add cooked basmathi rice and mix gently.
- Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot with curd raita.
