Mushroom fried rice

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Basmathi rice (cooked)
  • 200g button mushrooms
  • 1 finely chopped spring onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 10 beans
  • 1/2 cup peas (cooked)
  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1" cinnamon stick
  • 1 cardamom
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 tbsp ghee/oil
  • Salt to taste
Preparation:
  1. Wash, peel and finely chop the carrot, beans and slice the mushrooms and keep aside.
  2. Dry roast the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and powder it.
  3. Heat a pan with oil/ghee and add the chopped vegetables and salt.
  4. Cover the pan and cook on low flame till the vegetables become tender.
  5. Now add cooked peas and mix well.
  6. Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, ground masala powder.
  7. Mix well and saute for few minutes.Finally add cooked basmathi rice and mix gently.
  8. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot with curd raita.
