Ingredients:
- 1 cup idly batter
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1/2" ginger
- few curry leaves
- few coriander leaves
- oil for sprinkle
- Add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, minced ginger,chopped curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves to the idli batter and mix well.
- Heat the non stick tawa and pour a ladder full of batter and spread like a thick dosa.
- Sprinkle a spoon full of oil around the uthappam.
- Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Now turn over on the side and again cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the tawa and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
