Babycorn Capsicum Masala

Ingredients:
  • 150gms sliced babycorn, capsicum(dices)
  • 200gms tomato puree
  • 20gms oil
  • cumin seeds
  • turmeric
  • ginger garlic paste
  • corriander powder
  • chilli powder
  • Spice powder
Preparation:
  1. Take oil ina kadai, Saute Capsicum and take it out.
  2. Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, turmeric.
  3. Add babycorn and cook it for 5 minutes. Add capsicum and saute till it is cooked.
  4. Put coriander, salt, chilli powder, tomato puree and spice cook for 2 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Spicy babycorn capsicum masala is ready to serve.
