Babycorn Capsicum Masala
Ingredients:- 150gms sliced babycorn, capsicum(dices)

- 200gms tomato puree
- 20gms oil
- cumin seeds
- turmeric
- ginger garlic paste
- corriander powder
- chilli powder
- Spice powder
Preparation:- Take oil ina kadai, Saute Capsicum and take it out.
- Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, turmeric.
- Add babycorn and cook it for 5 minutes. Add capsicum and saute till it is cooked.
- Put coriander, salt, chilli powder, tomato puree and spice cook for 2 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Spicy babycorn capsicum masala is ready to serve.
